Latest Pics 2011-10-01 -> 2011-10-02

At almost 4 and half months of daily or every other day application. The hair follicle are naturally dormant during the telogen phase for 3 - 4 months so I was not anticipating seeing any real changes until about now. I don't really know that these pictures convey how much growth I can see. However, looking at the right side you can see the hair line coming forward. Albeit not thick yet it is migrating, the reverse widows peak is slowly filling in as well. I believe in the next 2 months that growth will become much more visible.

  1. I notice that your hairlosspattern and density is very similar to mine so I have a treatment advice for you that helped me gain density. Dont know if you have been following Follica but this is pretty much from their patents. I bought a 30 % TCA peel and applied a layer on my scalp using a cottonpad, waited five minutes and then applied a second layer. It stings a bit but after 3 minutes it goes away. The next day I started applying a lithiumcream (Efadermin) twice daily (under 10 dollars at http://www.apotheke-online-internet.de). I applied it for eleven days and after a week the skin starts to peel (only wash carefully with water when showering). I noticed an increase in density within a month. I dont know if it only syncronized all the "living" follicles in anagen state or if new follicles were awaken, but i got thicker hair nonetheless. Would be fun to see if someone else got the same result and you seem to document your progress very well. Good luck anyway!

  2. Very cool stuff that I will have to look into. I am planning on running this trial on myself for 12 months. If I don't get the growth I am looking for I may have to try this.

    Thanks for the encouragement too!

  3. I'm a little skeptical of getting results from PS because I was using it as a supplement for quite a few years around the beginning of my balding.

    I'm just not what sure what they will do for the sensitivity of the balding region to DHT.

    Hope I'm wrong though. Good experiment.

  4. Trust me I am little skeptical too. The main reason I am attempting this is because of the difficulty in sourcing good quality astressin-b. Check back with me from time to time to check how I am doing.
